Process of proposing

If your proposal regards an improvement to PoH, post it in the DAO's forum. If your proposal is a product or service that will facilitate the goals of PoH and of the UBI Rebel Alliance, then post it in the Discord of the Alliance. These are the steps to do so.

We have been inspired by the DAO rules, but we act more agile. We suggest using the Self-Management methodology where we are all responsible for taking PoH and UBI forward. The process is as follows:

1. Write your proposal on the UBI Rebel Alliance Discord in the #Proposals channel following this format:

Proposal: [Phase 1] [Proposal name] -Problem: ... -Solution: ...

Why should we do this? -...

Knowing that no proposal is perfect, the proposal will receive feedback from other people. In the Alliance, there are people who live and listen every day the problems of the community. Listen to their comments and suggestions.

2. Update your proposal making use of the opinions that enrich it and resolving the doubts that arise. The way to update your proposal is to edit it as "#HPP-(next number) [Phase 2] Name of the proposal". Add the # so that it can be easily identified.

This phase will last 2 days in which you will receive votes from the community through emojis of 👍 (I approve), 👎(I disapprove), and ❎(Directly affects PoH, UBI or the Alliance).

The Alliance will support you as long as you have more 👍 than 👎. However, if there is at least one ❎, the voting time will stop and deliberation will begin.

Don't worry, the person who voted will have to explain why they feel this idea is harmful for the organization. Once they resolve that obstacle, the person will remove their block. With no objections, the proposal is valid and safe to implement.

Do you need funding?

Once your proposal passes regarding the content, it's time to add the funding you need along with the resources and skills required to succeed. Republish your proposal with:

Budget XXXX $UBI

The @Fundraiser will contact you to guide you in the process. She or he will re-post your HPP's last update into different community channels such as#Oportunidades-de-Contribución (Contribution opportunities), YouTube Human.Products section, and even on other channels outside the community.

Additionally, the @Fundraiser will look for external grants and available funds within the DAO and the Alliance's treasury to get you what you need for making your idea happen.
